Epoxy500 is operated by Lead Kulture Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This site is at https://epoxy500.leadkulture.io.
What we collect
When you complete the qualifying quiz on this site, we collect:
- Your name, business name, email, phone, city, and state.
- Your quiz answers (contractor status, ad budget capacity, etc.).
- Standard request metadata such as IP address and user agent for spam protection.
How we use it
- To contact you about your Epoxy500 application via email, phone, or SMS.
- To improve the funnel and disqualify spam submissions.
- To send transactional communications related to your application or paid engagement.
Who we share with
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. We use the following service providers under their own privacy terms:
- Cloudflare (hosting, anti-bot protection)
- Resend (transactional email delivery)
- Meta (only if you visit from a Facebook or Instagram ad, via the Pixel)
Retention
Quiz submissions are kept for as long as your relationship with us is active and for up to 24 months after, then deleted unless we are legally required to retain longer.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing brandon@leadkulture.io. We respond within 30 days.
SMS / phone consent
By submitting your phone number on the qualifying quiz, you consent to receive SMS and phone calls from Lead Kulture Solutions regarding your Epoxy500 application. Standard messaging rates apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Cookies
We use first-party analytics cookies (and the Meta Pixel if you arrived via a Facebook ad) for ad attribution. You can block these via your browser settings; the site functions without them.
